Authorize Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to authorize a lease periodical accounting proposal. This is normally done to check and confirm the lease periodical accounting.

Prerequisites

Before the proposal is confirmed, the following must have been completed:

The lease periodical accounting proposal must have been created. The status must be Created.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the proposal gets the Authorized status.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to authorize a proposal:

Open Lease Periodical Accounting Proposals window and query for the lease periodical accounting proposal that you want to authorize.
Select the record that you queried for, right-click and click Authorize Proposal.
