Cancel Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel a lease payable accounting proposal.

Prerequisites

Before the proposal is canceled, the following must have been completed:

• The lease payable accounting proposal must have been created. The status must be Created or Authorized.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the proposal gets the Cancelled status.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to cancel the proposal:

1. Open Lease Payable Accounting Proposals window and query for the lease payable accounting proposal that you want to cancel.
2. Select the record that you queried for, right click and click Cancel Proposal.

Note: It is also possible to open the Lease Payable Accounting Proposal window from the navigator.
