Change the Status of Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to cancel a proposal with errors.

Prerequisites

Before the status can be reversed, the following must have been completed:

• The lease periodical accounting proposal must have Error status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the proposal gets the Cancelled status.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to change the status:

1. Open the Lease Periodical Accounting Proposals and query for the lease periodical accounting proposal for which you want to reset the status to Cancelled.
2. Select the record you queried for, right-click and click Cancel Proposal.
