Create Lease Payable Accounting Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to create a lease payable accounting proposal.

Before creating a lease Payable accounting proposal, the following must have been completed:

The lease contract/contracts to be included in a lease payable accounting proposal must have Active status.

As a result of this activity a lease payable accounting proposal of the status Created will be created.

Use the following procedure to create a lease payable accounting proposal:

Open the Lease Payable Accounting Proposals window or the Lease Payable Accounting Proposal window.
Right-click in the background and click Create Lease Payable Accounting Proposal to open the Create Lease Payable Accounting Proposal dialog box.
Specify whether you want the contracts to be included in the proposal to be selected based on the Contract or Contract Type by selecting either Contract or Contract Type.
If the contract selection is based on the contract, specify a range of contracts to be included in the lease Payable accounting proposal by entering appropriate values in the Contract From and Contract To fields.
If the contract selection is based on the contract type, specify a range of contract types to be included in the lease Payable accounting proposal by entering appropriate values in the Contract Type From and Contract Type To fields.
In the Payment Due Date field, enter the date until which the Payable accounting should be created for the selected contracts.
Enter a description for the lease Payable accounting proposal in the Proposal Description field if necessary.
Click OK to close the dialog box.
