Create Lease Periodical Accounting Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to create a lease periodical accounting proposal.

Before creating a lease periodical accounting proposal, the following must have been completed:

The lease contract/contracts to be included in a lease periodical accounting proposal must have Active status.

As a result of this activity a lease periodical accounting proposal of the status Created will be created.

Use the following procedure to create a lease periodical accounting proposal

Open the Lease Periodical Accounting Proposals window or the Lease Periodical Accounting Proposal window.
Right-click in the background and click Create Lease Periodical Accounting Proposal to open the Create Lease Periodical Accounting Proposal dialog box.
Specify whether you want the contracts to be included in the proposal to be selected based on the Contract or Contract Type by selecting either Contract or Contract Type.
If the contract selection is based on the contract, specify a range of contracts to be included in the lease periodical accounting proposal by entering appropriate values in the Contract From and Contract To fields.
If the contract selection is based on the contract type, specify a range of contract types to be included in the lease periodical accounting proposal by entering appropriate values in the Contract Type From and Contract Type To fields.
In the Accounting Year field, enter the year up to which the periodical accounting should be created for the selected contracts.
In the Accounting Period field, enter a period of the year entered in the Accounting Year field up to which the periodical accounting should be created for the selected contracts.
Enter a description for the lease periodical accounting proposal in the Proposal Description field if necessary.
Click OK to close the dialog box.
