Rollback Proposal

Explanation

This activity is used to roll back a lease periodical accounting proposal with Posted status.

Prerequisites

Before the status can be reversed, the following must have been completed:

• The lease periodical accounting proposal must have the Posted status.

System Effects

As a result of this activity the proposal gets the Rollbacked status.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to roll back a lease periodical proposal:

1. Open Lease Periodical Accounting Proposals window and query for the posted lease periodical accounting proposal that you want to rollback.
2. Select the record that you queried for, right-click and click Rollback Proposal to open the Rollback Lease Periodical Accounting Proposal dialog box.
3. Click OK to confirm the information displayed in the dialog box.

Note: The same procedure can be used to carry out this activity in the Lease Periodical Accounting Proposal window.
